Regional Manager — Affordable Housing

What you'll do

• Develop and implement property strategies
• monitor resident satisfaction and retention
• lead property managers and site employees
• support staff and resources during after-hours emergencies as needed
• oversee compliance with policies, fair housing laws, landlord-tenant regulations, and funder requirements
• resolve property management issues and disputes
• build internal and external partnerships
• monitor revenue and expenses
• prepare and present financial reports.
