This role serves as a technical expert responsible for the full lifecycle of business applications, including JIRA, Box.com, and Asset Suite. The analyst formulates system requirements, leads software implementation projects, and collaborates with users and vendors to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.

What you'll do

• Leads efforts for implementation, maintenance, and upgrades of assigned applications.
• Acts as primary point of contact for user support.
• Designs, codes, tests, and debugs programs.
• Writes functional specifications and develops validation plans.
• Coordinates production changes with IS leadership.
• Provides technical support for workstations and network servers.
• Interfaces with vendor technical support centers.
