Subscription Management Manager

Job overview

The Subscription Management Manager role is onsite in Boston, MA, with compensation of $100,000–$115,000 per year. Perch Energy works to expand access to clean, affordable energy through community solar, and this role reports to the Director of Subscription Services and Market Operations. The role supports utility partnerships and customer subscription sizing and enrollment across projects, states, and utility programs. By managing submissions, compliance, project fill, credit allocation, and related processes, the manager helps maintain subscriptions and support revenue recognition.

What you'll do

• Support utility partnerships and customer subscription sizing and enrollment
• manage timely utility submissions and compliance, particularly in Illinois, Virginia, and Massachusetts
• analyze credits produced, allocated, utilized, and banked
• monitor project fill rates
• process time-sensitive requests
• perform quality assurance on tools, reports, and automation
• maintain utility relationships and operating knowledge
• coordinate credit redistribution to support revenue recognition
• resolve cases within service-level agreements.
