What you'll do

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
• operate and maintain dishwashing equipment and three-compartment sinks
• store clean items and supplies
• assist with unloading deliveries and stocking
• keep kitchen floors and work areas clean and safe
• remove trash, sweep, mop, and follow food safety and workplace safety procedures.
