What you'll do

• Complete repair-order work accurately and efficiently
• diagnose vehicle problems and malfunctions
• obtain needed parts through the parts department
• inspect vehicles for additional safety or service needs
• document work performed and recommended
• road-test vehicles
• participate in manufacturer training
• review technical bulletins
• inspect and test-drive newly delivered vehicles for damage, missing components, and drivability.
