Infrastructure + Mobility Group Manager

The Infrastructure + Mobility Group Manager role is hybrid in Davidson, NC, and pays $150,000–$195,000 per year. The position will establish and grow Fisher Associates’ transportation practice in North Carolina, supported by the firm’s multidisciplinary design services. The manager leads transportation projects and develops the practice through business development, client relationships, team building, and strategic planning. The role helps deliver projects successfully while expanding the firm’s presence across North Carolina.

What you'll do

• Pursue new business with existing and prospective clients
• support strategic business plans
• oversee multiple projects and align priorities and deadlines
• manage project budgets, scope, schedule, and staffing
• prepare proposals and serve as primary client contact
• identify and resolve technical, schedule, and financial issues
• lead and develop a team across locations
• mentor staff and coach employees
• support public processes and municipal approvals
• represent the firm in professional organizations, business boards, and community activities.
