What you'll do
- Oversee front desk operations, guest check-in, lesson registration, and reservations
- monitor bookings and staffing
- supervise, train, coach, and schedule front desk employees
- assist guests with lesson selection and concerns
- coordinate lesson assignments and updates with instructors and resort departments
- maintain reservation records and support reporting, payroll review, safety, and seasonal planning.
