Sourcing and Procurement Leader

The Sourcing and Procurement Leader role is onsite in Newton, MA. The base salary range is $150,000 to $200,000 per year. The role supports Spindrift’s procurement and sourcing capabilities as the company grows and transforms. This leader develops supplier and category strategies, strengthens procurement practices, and manages a team of two individual contributors. The work aims to make procurement a strategic advantage through supplier partnerships, disciplined execution, and cross-functional collaboration.

What you'll do

• Develop supplier relationships and category strategies
• lead RFPs, negotiations, contract execution, and commercial terms management
• identify cost savings and productivity opportunities while supporting supply reliability and product quality
• evaluate supplier capabilities, market dynamics, commodity trends, and sourcing risks
• support sourcing for innovation projects, reformulations, packaging updates, and product launches
• develop supplier governance, performance monitoring, benchmarking, and reporting
• advance Procure-to-Pay practices and procurement processes
• lead and develop procurement talent
• partner with cross-functional teams.
