What you'll do

• Support a client living with Parkinson’s and changing cognitive needs
• provide mobility and fall-safety support, including safe walker use
• provide safety standby during showers and personal care
• help maintain daily routines
• support meals, mobility, and other care-plan activities
• assist with appointments and transportation as assigned
• help with appropriate household tasks
• observe and communicate meaningful changes
• document care clearly.
