What you'll do

• Develop and lead the enterprise Program Management practice
• establish strategic vision, service offerings, and operational standards
• develop tools, methodologies, governance frameworks, and best practices
• assess organizational capabilities and identify gaps
• oversee technical, schedule, financial, and risk management during design and pre-construction
• develop project requirements and governance
• manage risk registers, cost analysis, and collaborative design progression.
