Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Assist with preventive maintenance and work orders
• replace or repair ceiling tiles, sheetrock, and wallpaper
• install or repair wall coverings
• paint designated areas
• replace basic electrical fixtures and bulbs
• perform minor plumbing
• support guest satisfaction and service recovery
• maintain curb appeal through snow removal, lawn care, gardening, and trash removal
• follow EarthView sustainability practices and safety standards.
