What you'll do

• Assist customers with jewelry purchasing decisions, including ring settings and diamond options
• greet and check in customers
• respond to online inquiries through live chat and phone
• develop product knowledge
• conduct post-sale appointments
• confirm showroom appointments
• use the ERP system
• maintain showroom appearance and merchandising
• coordinate facilities maintenance
• receive and send products and reconcile inventory
• support product security
• open and/or close the showroom.
