Part-Time Concierge, PRN

What you'll do

• Answer and route calls and take accurate messages
• receive and direct visitors
• assist residents with information and community sign-out procedures
• help schedule and record medical appointments and coordinate transportation
• maintain resident mailboxes and distribute mail
• keep the lobby and reception area organized
• provide administrative support
• schedule maintenance and housekeeping work orders
• assist with recruitment tasks as requested
• maintain supply inventories
• report unsafe conditions.
