What you'll do

• Develop and maintain nursing service objectives, standards, and care delivery systems
• oversee the RAI process, MDS coordination, and care planning
• ensure compliance with regulations and the Nurse Practice Act
• coordinate admissions, discharges, referrals, and interdisciplinary care planning
• manage staffing and scheduling
• support medication safety and quality improvement
• ensure staff education and training
• protect resident rights and confidentiality.
