What you'll do

• Assist with training, supervising, and coaching store personnel
• support store policies and operational projects
• manage merchandise stocking and rotation
• maintain cash handling and point-of-sale procedures
• support sales promotions and expense control
• address concerns from customers, volunteers, clients, donors, and staff
• monitor staffing and recommend hiring
• assess donated items for resale
• assist with payroll preparation, scheduling, PTO requests, and time records
• support workplace safety and facility maintenance
• provide HR support and participate in HR projects.
