What you'll do

• Provide pediatric evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans from birth through adolescence
• conduct wellness visits, physical examinations, and developmental screenings
• diagnose and treat acute illnesses, chronic conditions, and injuries
• prescribe medications and therapies
• order and interpret diagnostic tests
• counsel patients and families on preventive care, nutrition, growth, and development
• maintain EHR records
• follow regulations and evidence-based protocols
• participate in quality improvement and peer review
• collaborate with interdisciplinary providers
• refer patients and coordinate continuity of care.

Why this role

Requires an MD or DO, accredited pediatric residency, unrestricted Florida medical license, board certification in pediatrics, DEA registration, and current BLS and PALS certifications. Two years of pediatric clinical experience is preferred. Regular, predictable onsite attendance is required.
