What you'll do

• Provide courteous service to residents, partners, and guests
• prepare and set up menu items
• serve hot and cold food on trays according to tickets and menus
• restock food and supplies
• serve meals to residents
• scrape trays and load and unload dish machines
• hand wash pots and pans
• maintain sanitary kitchen facilities
• handle chemicals safely
• assist in the kitchen as needed
• maintain a clean and safe environment
• cooperate with dietary and other departments
• protect resident rights and confidentiality
• follow universal precautions and infection-control techniques.
