Maintenance Supervisor

Job overview

• Inspect, troubleshoot, maintain, install, test, and repair equipment and building facilities
• complete resident work orders and preventive maintenance
• document work
• coordinate assignments and communicate status
• maintain OSHA safety practices
• perform unit turnovers and common-area upkeep
• respond to emergencies as needed.
