What you'll do

• Train in banking areas
• identify training needs with managers and employees
• coordinate branch training schedules
• develop curricula and instructional materials
• conduct compliance and job training
• maintain an annual compliance training calendar
• assign and track ABA training with the Compliance Officer
• assess trainee progress
• maintain records
• recommend procedure improvements
• support tellers and personal bankers
• assist with procedures and forms
• comply with applicable banking regulations and BSA/AML/OFAC policies.
