What you'll do

• Manage daily activities of direct reports and communicate with the Maintenance Manager or Plant Manager
• maintain equipment and resolve mechanical malfunctions
• support employee development, training, and safety
• analyze work orders, assign personnel, and follow up through completion
• plan and execute assigned projects
• control inventories, order parts, and communicate with vendors
• assist with maintenance scheduling
• support SQF food safety and quality requirements
• provide backup leadership and technical guidance to maintenance personnel.
