What you'll do

• Manage labor and daily operations for the anterior segment specialty team and Cataract Center of Excellence locations. Review monthly management reports
• maintain relationships with surgeons and providers. Hire, counsel, train, and recommend salary increases for team members. Assign workloads, monitor clinic and surgery schedules, coordinate patient communications, manage the technician float team, approve timecards and time-off requests, and oversee inventory, facility appearance, and equipment use. Coach employees, address staffing needs, support policies and procedures, and ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and MIPS reporting requirements.

Why this role
