What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day operations across departments, regulatory compliance, budgets, financial performance, occupancy, and resident engagement targets.
• Lead resident- and family-focused service, support clinical, memory care, dining, and life enrichment programs, develop staff, and partner with sales on occupancy and revenue.
• Participate in Manager on Duty coverage and a rotating on-call schedule.
