The Associate Veterinarian (DVM) role is onsite in Salinas, CA, with an annual base salary of $150,000–$175,000 plus a production bonus. The role supports a companion animal general practice with a mentorship-focused, Fear Free-oriented team.

What you'll do

• Provide veterinary care in a general practice setting. The practice offers 30-minute appointments and equipment including an in-house laboratory, digital and dental radiography, ultrasound, laparoscopy, flexible endoscopy, and a Class IV laser. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., and Saturday, 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
• the practice is closed Sundays, with no on-call or late nights.
