What you'll do

• Conduct mineral title examinations and prepare leasehold title opinions
• perform due diligence and support curative and documentation work
• draft and negotiate upstream energy agreements, including JOAs, PSAs, farm-out/farm-in agreements, servitudes, and conveyances
• assist with CCUS-related agreements and regulatory compliance
• work with clients, landmen, in-house counsel, and regulators
• manage multiple projects and meet a 1,900 billable-hour requirement.
