Service Assistant / Customer Service Representative

The Service Assistant / Customer Service Representative role is onsite in Hamilton, NY, with a Monday–Friday schedule and pay of $20–$23 per hour. The role supports the Den Kelly Chevrolet GMC service department, helping customers feel welcomed and informed during service visits. The position keeps customer communication and front-desk operations organized by assisting with check-in, calls, updates, and follow-through. It works closely with service advisors and technicians so customer questions and requests reach the right people.

• Welcome customers and assist with service appointment check-in
