Concrete Superintendent — Commercial Concrete & Structural Framing

What you'll do

• Oversee daily field operations on commercial concrete and structural framing projects
• supervise and coordinate crews, subcontractors, equipment, and jobsite activities
• interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
• manage site concrete, formwork, and structural framing
• set production goals and monitor schedules
• coordinate with project managers, estimators, clients, and stakeholders
• manage deliveries and site logistics
• enforce safety procedures and quality control
• coordinate inspections and troubleshoot field issues.
