What you'll do

• Help plan, organize, and facilitate activities based on residents’ care plans and preferences
• provide bedside or in-room activities
• coordinate outings and events while ensuring safety
• maintain an activity calendar and documentation
• build relationships with community organizations and volunteers
• decorate for holidays and special events
• collaborate with nursing, therapy, and social services.
