What you'll do

• Oversee installation and maintenance of equipment, machinery, and buildings
• supervise scheduled and preventive/predictive maintenance
• lead a team of 5–15 associates and develop performance metrics
• recruit and develop talent
• lead safety inspections and safe work practices, including PPE and lockout/tagout
• ensure regulatory compliance
• manage maintenance plans, budgets, spare parts, supplies, and vendors
• provide technical assistance and training to production staff
• troubleshoot and repair equipment
• report results and metrics
• direct contractors
• plan and estimate facility and equipment modifications.
