Weekend Program Director

The Weekend Program Director role is onsite at Vivvi Early Learning’s 24-hour child care center on Toyota’s campus in Liberty, NC. What you'll do

• Lead child care center operations, staffing, scheduling, and overnight logistics between 7 p.m. and 5 a.m.
• develop systems for program management
• manage enrollment, retention, budgets, and resources
• lead licensing compliance, health and safety, and quality assurance
• hire, onboard, coach, and retain teaching staff
• guide curriculum implementation and lesson planning
• maintain classroom quality, child assessment, and safe sleep practices
• engage families and community partners.
