Per-Diem Concierge

Job overview

The Per-Diem Concierge role is onsite in Costa Mesa, CA. Compensation is $19–$22 per hour. The concierge supports residents, visitors, and team members at a Coastal Heights Senior Living community. The role serves as a welcoming point of contact, handling reception and communication needs and helping residents and families navigate appointments and community information. Accurate records, organized entry areas, and coordination with dining and other departments support the community’s daily operations.

What you'll do

• Greet residents and visitors, answer inquiries, and provide directions
• answer calls and relay complete messages
• prepare marketing brochures
• prepare meal tickets and tally meal counts for dining staff
• update resident phone lists, rosters, move-in and move-out registers, and guest logs
• manage resident and family appointments, including hairdresser and transportation appointments
• keep the desk and entry area organized
• distribute mail
• maintain resident forms for miscellaneous credits
• follow company and operating policies.
