What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, showering, grooming, dining, toileting, light incontinence care, and morning and bedtime routines
• provide wheelchair and walking escorts
• perform light upkeep of resident rooms
• answer resident call signals
• provide medication assistance and medication administration as described
• complete and document records and log-book entries
• communicate resident changes and care concerns to the appropriate person
• communicate with families
• follow safety and emergency procedures
• attend required meetings and training. Occasional travel to different locations may be required.
