What you'll do

• Administer or assist with personal trust, estate, IRA, guardianship, and other fiduciary accounts
• communicate with clients, beneficiaries, attorneys, and advisors
• prepare and review account documents
• process transactions and distributions
• monitor liquidity and deadlines
• conduct account reviews
• coordinate tax-return information
• support administration and valuation of unique assets
• collaborate on investment suitability and client service
• assist with audits and regulatory examinations
• maintain compliance.
