What you'll do

• Greet and assist guests with video gaming needs
• recommend additional items as appropriate
• support store sales initiatives and the shopping environment
• keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised according to company guidelines
• stock and restock merchandise and move products from the stock room to the sales floor
• help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage-reduction goals
• address guest questions and escalate issues to a keyholder
• support inventory control and loss prevention
• follow company policies and procedures.
