What you'll do

• Prepare contracts, pleadings, and discovery materials

• research commercial litigation, legal malpractice, corporate, employment, and contract law
• transcribe documents and correspondence
• track deadlines
• support attorneys during trials or hearings
• maintain client confidentiality and ethical standards.
