The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Compassionate Home Care role is onsite in the Phoenix, AZ area, serving Sun City, Sun City West, Sun City Grand, Surprise, Peoria, El Mirage, Glendale, and the Northwest Valley. Compensation is not specified. SYNERGY HomeCare provides one-on-one care to clients in their homes. The CNA supports clients with daily activities, mobility, and companionship while following individualized care plans. Observing and reporting changes helps the care team respond to clients’ needs and maintain continuity of in-home support.

What you'll do

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• help with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• provide companionship and emotional support
• assist with errands, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments
• observe and report changes in client condition
• follow individualized care plans.

Why this role
