The Mid-Level Test Engineer is an onsite role located in Venice, IL, offering an annual salary range of $87,100 to $157,450. This position joins the Chinook Program to support an Intelligence Community customer in developing geospatial intelligence capabilities. This role exists to ensure the delivery of high-quality, secure software solutions by leading test strategy development and execution within an Agile environment. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and maintain rigorous quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Lead planning, design, and execution of test strategies across Agile sprints.
• Develop and maintain automated and manual test cases.
• Collaborate with software engineers and product managers to define acceptance criteria.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Support CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated testing.
