What you'll do

• Lead recruiting and onboarding tasks, including reference checks, interview scheduling, assessments, new-hire paperwork, and digital employee files
• support offer letters, requisitions, and candidate management
• prepare personnel activity documentation and reports
• investigate employee concerns and facilitate conflict resolution
• coach managers and employees on employee relations
• analyze time-card audits, turnover, and progressive discipline
• partner with HR on trends, solutions, programs, and policies
• maintain knowledge of employment laws and support field compliance.
