Senior Development Engineer — Tire Development

What you'll do

• Develop new tires for customer approval and maintain or enhance existing tire performance
• develop test plans
• analyze tire data and recommend design changes
• work with development engineers on OEM and replacement projects
• assist at plants with tire development and manufacturing as required
• interface with OEM and internal customers
• lead tire development programs with minimal supervision
• design and optimize mold profiles, constructions, and tread patterns.
