The Rail Warehouse Clerk / Material Handler is an onsite role in Hyattsville, MD. Pay is $20.00–$22.60 per hour. Purple Line Transit Operators LLC’s warehouse supports transit vehicle maintenance operations. The clerk maintains inventory and supports shipping, receiving, and warehousing so technicians can access parts and supplies. The role also handles related records and shop tasks, supports safety compliance, and keeps warehouse and supply areas organized.

What you'll do

• Organize, load, and unload parts and deliveries
• count, label, and reorganize stock
• track maintenance supplies
• perform filing and answer phones and radios
• record road-call information and shuttle vehicles as directed
• maintain safety data sheets, inspect eyewash stations, and label chemicals and bulk fluids
• pull parts for technicians
• assist with warranty claims and core returns
• maintain clean and orderly warehouse areas.
