Transport Driver — ADESA Lexington

The Transport Driver works onsite in Lexington, KY. The hourly rate is $15.00. The posting lists schedules of Tuesday and Thursday, 8 AM–4:30 PM, and Friday, 8 AM–2 PM (approximately 24 hours), or Monday and Tuesday, 8 AM–4:30 PM, Thursday, 8 AM–5:30 PM, and Friday, 8 AM–2 PM (approximately 32 hours). The role supports ADESA’s vehicle auction activities. The driver moves, stages, and parks vehicles to keep auction operations flowing. The role also verifies vehicle identification numbers, follows safe driving practices, checks vehicles for damage, and assists with basic vehicle needs and customer support as required.

What you'll do

• Drive vehicles between designated areas and pick up or deliver vehicles
• drive assigned vehicles through auction lanes on sale days
• verify vehicle identification numbers against transport requests
• line up and park vehicles as directed
• inflate tires, jump-start vehicles, or add fuel when necessary
• assist customers and coworkers
• inspect vehicles before moving them and note damage.
