The Branch Manager role is onsite in Romeoville, IL. Compensation is $55,000–$70,000 per year based on credit union and/or banking experience, with discretionary yearly bonuses and incentives. The manager will lead Earthmover Credit Union’s new Romeoville branch and help establish it as a trusted financial partner in the community. The role leads employees, branch operations, member service, and sales performance while building relationships with members, local businesses, and community organizations. Through team development, community engagement, compliance, and operational oversight, the manager supports branch growth and the credit union’s member-focused objectives.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, train, and develop branch employees
• own branch sales, service, operational, and production goals
• build relationships with members, businesses, employer groups, and community partners
• represent ECU at community events
• grow memberships, loans, and product use
• analyze branch performance
• oversee daily operations, cash, vault, ATM, security, and opening and closing
• resolve member concerns
• ensure compliance
• promote and cross-sell products and services
• serve members in an MSR or FSR capacity as needed.

New branch leadership opportunity; schedule generally Monday–Friday, 8:45 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with occasional later hours and Saturdays generally 7:45 a.m.–1:00 p.m.; may work at other branches as needed.
