What you'll do

• Manage client onboarding and offboarding, including paperwork, I-9 compliance, separations, final pay coordination, and documentation
• conduct recruiting activities
• draft and update handbooks, policies, and HR documents using templates with senior consultant review
• administer leave in compliance with FMLA, ADA, workers’ compensation, and state requirements
• serve as account lead for client organizations
• track client requests and time
• help refine procedures.
