What you'll do

• Manage materials, equipment, and resources
• lead preconstruction meetings and align field teams on execution plans
• communicate scope and updates to superintendents and crews
• oversee submittals, procurement, and deliveries
• coordinate purchase orders and RFIs
• visit job sites to monitor progress, quality, and safety
• track labor and material usage against estimates
• maintain schedules and budgets
• approve monthly billings
• participate in project meetings
• mentor foremen, apprentices, and laborers.
