The X-Ray Technologist performs radiographic procedures including operation of the lithotripter and C-Arm and other diagnostic imaging procedures to assist physicians in the diagnosis of disease and injuries by performing the following duties. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION/COMPETENCIES. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:. Prepares and positions patient for diagnostic imaging procedures.
