What you'll do

• Provide a safe, nurturing, individualized preschool environment
• balance child-led and teacher-led activities
• support children’s independence and development
• assist with screening, assessment, lesson planning, IEP implementation, observation, and recordkeeping
• engage parents through home visits and conferences
• supervise teacher assistants and volunteers
• attend meetings and training
• maintain confidentiality and required safety and licensing standards.
