What you'll do

• Own optical-practice acquisition transactions from opportunity and seller engagement through diligence, approval, closing, and transition
• negotiate transaction terms
• coordinate cross-functional diligence
• develop diligence and integration plans
• analyze acquisition prospects and markets
• prepare leadership presentations and recommendations
• coordinate with Finance, Legal, Real Estate, Operations, HR, IT, Doctor Relations, and Marketing.
