The Crisis Clinician (Weekend/Days) role is onsite in Union, MO. Compensation is $29.22–$41.45 per hour. The clinician works at Compass Health Network’s Behavioral Health Crisis Center, supporting people experiencing behavioral health or substance use crises. The clinician serves as a lead assessor and helps direct service flow, coordinate referrals, and support non-clinical staff. The role contributes to timely, person-centered crisis care through clinical assessment and collaboration with community partners.

What you'll do

• Assess individuals presenting at the Behavioral Health Crisis Center
• complete clinical evaluations, intake documentation, and discharge planning
• support non-clinical staff
• direct service flow and referrals
• coordinate with internal teams, law enforcement, EMS, and community partners
• maintain compliant documentation
• provide culturally responsive care
• offer virtual support to other crisis or youth urgent-care sites as needed.

Benefits & perks

• Retention bonus of $900 for master’s-level candidates and an additional $1,500 for credentialed or licensed candidates, subject to the bonus policy.

Schedule is Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m., 24 hours weekly. A retention bonus is offered for qualifying master’s-level and credentialed/licensed candidates.
