What you'll do

• Oversee accounting operations and personnel across locations
• establish consistent processes, controls, and reporting standards
• lead day-to-day accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, payroll support, fixed assets, and general ledger
• oversee month-, quarter-, and year-end close
• review reconciliations and financial statements
• support budgeting and forecasting
• analyze financial performance and variances
• provide financial insight to leadership
• identify control weaknesses and process improvements.
