The Family Medicine Physician (MD) role is onsite in Roxbury, MA. The stated salary range is $200,000–$250,000 per year, plus benefits. The Dimock Center is a federally qualified community health center focused on equitable access to comprehensive healthcare and education for its community. The physician manages a primary care panel and provides comprehensive, patient-centered care with an integrated multidisciplinary team. The clinical scope may be tailored to the physician’s interests and experience, with opportunities in adult medicine, pediatrics, and reproductive and women’s health, alongside quality improvement, population health, teaching, and community-based initiatives.

What you'll do

• Provide preventive, chronic disease, and acute primary care
• develop a clinical practice that may include adult medicine, pediatrics, and/or reproductive and women’s health
• follow up on diagnostic studies, hospital and emergency department transitions, and specialty referrals
• document in the electronic health record
• contribute to quality improvement, population health, and clinic initiatives
• collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues
• participate in teaching and mentoring opportunities.
