What you'll do

• Coordinate technical work among the general contractor, architect, and engineer
• verify contractor progress and field reports using CompanyCam and ClickUp
• support weekly and three-week look-ahead schedules
• coordinate preconstruction
• confirm materials are onsite and identify shortages or delays
• assist with inspections and correction lists
• schedule and attend site walks and coordination meetings
• support punch-list completion and turnover
• help enforce brand and design standards.
